Our Return Policy
*Due to the nature of our product line, returns will only be accepted for products damaged during shipping. We test every product for proper operation before it leaves our warehouse*
#1 Home Security Products strives to offer our customers the best products at the lowest possible prices. Due to the nature of our products, returns will not be accepted unless the product is found to be defective or is damaged during shipping to the customer.
We have implemented this policy because of the misuse of our former liberal return policy. A few unscrupulous people have ordered our products for specific short term uses and then returned the product in a condition that would not allow us to resell. We test all of our products before shipping. Your satisfaction is our number one concern. RETURN POLICY: All our surveillance equipment and other hi-tech products are special ordered by the customer and are NOT subject to cancellations. All returns must be authorized by our Returns Department before product is returned. All product must be returned in the original packaging and in new and unused condition. #1 Home Security Products will replace or refund for returned product at our discretion.
*Special exceptions may be made on a case by case basis determined by #1 Home Security Products* In this event, returns are subject to deductions for shipping costs and a 25% restocking charge and must be returned within five (5) days of receiving the product. NO refunds will be given for products returned without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number clearly visible on the outside of the package. If we receive a parcel without a valid RMA Number on it we will return it to sender unopened.
Any return must be authorized by a representative of #1 Home Security Products and under no circumstances will returns be accepted otherwise. Authorization and shipping instructions must be obtained from our Returns Department. No returns will be authorized after five (5) business days of receiving the product by the customer.
WARRANTY: We guarantee all our products to be free of defects in workmanship and material for 90 days after sale to the customer.
We will replace or repair the product at our discretion providing there is no evidence of misuse, abuse or alteration.
REQUEST TO RETURN PRODUCT MUST BE OBTAINED FROM #1 HOME SECURITY PRODUCTS WITHIN FIVE (5) DAYS OF RECEIVING THE PRODUCT
SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
ANY UNAUTHORIZED USE OF OUR E-MAIL ADDRESSES FOR SPAMMING WILL BE REPORTED FOR FURTHER INVESTIGATION AND PROSECUTION!
