It is with great pleasure that we now ship many of our products to Canada. There is a different process in place for payment of Canadian orders through our web site. Each order must be e-mailed to us at the following address canadianorders@1home-security.com for manual processing and invoicing.
The information necessary for the processing of Canadian orders is:
- Quantity of each product ordered.
- Product stock number which is available on our web site.
- Complete Canadian address. (NO PO BOX ADDRESSES ACCEPTED) Please include Apartment Number, Street Number, Street Name, Postal Code and Telephone Number including area code.
- All of the above are mandatory for processing your order.
The following products will not be shipped to Canada as they are banned from sale in that country or they can not be shipped across the border due to Canadian or US Import/Export Laws:
Tasers, Stun Guns, Pepper Sprays, Tear Gas Products, Air Gun Pistols, Air Gun Products, Animal Repellents and Handcuffs. If any other products on our web site can not be shipped to Canada you will be informed when we receive your order.
Payment Procedures:
- You must have a PayPal Account. PayPal accounts are free to set up and free to send and receive money with. Just click the PayPal logo to the left for easy step by step instructions or you can visit PayPal directly at https://www.paypal.com to set up your free account. PayPal is a subsidiary of E-Bay, does business in 103 countries and has over 100 million accounts worldwide. PayPal uses 128 bit military strength encryption technology and fraud screening.
- You will be required to pay for shipping as well as any other costs associated with your order.
- It is mandatory to pay for all Canadian orders with PayPal for your protection as well as ours. In this way no one can use your credit card to place fraudulent transactions without your knowledge.
- Once your order is received you will be sent an invoice through PayPal for payment from #1 Home Security Products.
- Your order will be shipped out as soon as we receive payment in full including shipping costs.
- You will be forwarded an e-mail which will contain all your tracking information so you can track your own order.
- At this time we only ship unrestricted products to Canada.
